To use the AUTÊNTICO Programme ("AUTÊNTICO"), you must register and accept the AUTÊNTICO Terms and Conditions of Access and Use (including SUPER BOCK GROUP Customers and Distributor Customers).

Users registered on AUTÊNTICO are all entities duly registered and authorised to use this programme.

We therefore intend to inform you, by means of this policy, of the way in which we process personal data in the context of our relationship with users registered on AUTÊNTICO, whether potential customers, customers (entities with a direct contractual relationship) and customers of our distributors, who voluntarily sign up to the programme. This policy explains to you, in particular, who processes your data, for what purposes the data are processed, how the data are processed, with whom the data are shared, how long the data are stored for, as well as how to contact us and exercise your rights.

Your personal data will be processed by SUPER BOCK BEBIDAS, S.A., a company with registered offices at Via Norte, 4465-764, Leça do Balio - Matosinhos - Portugal, hereinafter referred to as "SUPER BOCK" or "us". This is the entity responsible for processing your personal data, as it defines the data to be collected, the purpose of the collection and the means of processing.

Personal data are any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The customer, potential customer or any registered user, a natural person, to whom the data relates and who enjoys, or intends to enjoy, the products produced, the services provided, the support granted and the initiatives or programmes promoted by SUPER BOCK.

The representative, contact person or employee of the company, in the case of a legal person who is a customer, potential customer or registered user, who establishes contact or a relationship with SUPER BOCK:

  1. within the framework of the performance of a contract or pre-contractual due diligence;

  2. in the context of institutional contact;

  3. within the scope and for the purpose of registering on the authentic.superbockgroup.com website

SUPER BOCK produces, promotes, commercialises, and distributes beverages. If you are a potential customer or a customer who is a registered user, SUPER BOCK needs your personal data in order to:

  1. Reply to contacts and follow up on pre-contractual due diligence requested by you;

  2. Manage the contractual relationship established, in particular to enable the management of orders, deliveries of goods and products (including point-of-sale material), invoicing and also, where applicable, the management and provision of technical assistance services;

  3. Ensure the registration and use of digital platforms, specifically managing access to and the use of communication and business management support platforms (e.g. www.autentico.superbock.com).

  4. Promote enrolment and participation in training courses;

  5. Provide customer support, guaranteeing the response to telephone contacts made by the customer to any of the customer service lines provided, whether to place orders, request the provision of technical assistance services or to make complaints.

  6. Collect your opinion on the products we sell and the services we provide, with the aim of providing you with a better service, and also, if you do not object, to send you direct commercial information (e-mail, SMS, MMS) about our services and products (e.g. a newsletter).

  7. Manage your participation in events or initiatives promoted by SUPER BOCK related to the scope of the contract or partnership established (e.g. sales convention).

We need your personal data in the following cases and for the following purposes, if you are a registered user who does not have a contractual relationship with SUPER BOCK at the time of registration:

  1. To ensure the registration and use of digital platforms, specifically managing access to and the use of communication and business management support platforms (e.g. www.autentico.superbock.com).

  2. To send direct information (e-mail, SMS, MMS) as part of the "Autêntico" communication platform (e.g. newsletter).

  3. To manage the delivery process of the point-of-sale material requested through "AUTÊNTICO", notifying you directly (e-mail, SMS, MMS) of the status of your requests and guaranteeing the delivery of the material.

We only collect data that is essential for carrying out pre-contractual due diligence or for the appropriate performance of the contract, such as name, e-mail, and telephone number, in the case of representatives, contact persons or employees of legal persons.

There may be, in addition to the categories of personal data listed above, other categories of personal data processed depending on the configuration of a specific initiative promoted by SUPER BOCK, such as the organisation of so-called "sales conventions" and/or other events, as well as training courses aimed at customer representatives, employees or consumers. We therefore encourage you to carefully read the terms and conditions of the processing of personal data of such initiatives, in order to fully understand the processing of the personal data that such may entail.

The legal basis that allows us to process your personal data also depends on the purpose for which we process it, as explained in the following table:

Reply to enquiries and pre-contractual due diligence. The processing of your data is justified by our legitimate interest and the need to follow up on the pre-contractual due diligence you have requested. It will not be possible, without your personal data, to reply to your enquiry or respond to the action you have requested.
To manage the established contractual relationship. The processing of your data is legitimised by the performance of the contract to which you are a party (distribution contract, supply, sponsorship, exclusive purchase, lending, etc.).
To ensure registration on and the use of digital platforms. The processing of your data is necessary in accordance with the terms governing the use of the Platform (contract performance). In other words, we need to process your personal data so that you may register as a user on the Platform, otherwise we shall not be able to manage your registration.
To promote enrolment and participation in training courses. Your data will be processed on the basis of your consent, which will be given freely, specifically and in an informed manner at the time of registration.
Customer support. The processing of the data you provide us with through the various means of contact we make available to you is legitimised by the contract performance, if this already exists, by carrying out pre-contractual due diligence you have requested, or by our legitimate interest to guarantee a response to the requests you send us.
To send satisfaction surveys. The legal basis for contacting customers and requesting their participation in satisfaction surveys is based on our legitimate interest to improve the quality of the services we provide.
To send direct commercial information about services and products (e.g. newsletter). The legal basis for sending you commercial information (a newsletter), as a registered user, is based on our legitimate interest in communicating the latest news about our services and products.
To manage participation in events or other initiatives The use of the personal data you provide to manage your participation in events is based on our legitimate interest in promoting initiatives that may improve communication and relations with our business partners.
To deliver point-of-sale material requested through AUTÊNTICO The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is based on the need to guarantee fulfilment of the order placed, and therefore contract performance.


You have the right to withdraw consent at any time whenever consent is legally required for the processing of personal data. This right does not, however, invalidate the lawfulness of the processing that had been carried out on the basis of consent previously given or the subsequent processing of the same data based on another legal basis, such as compliance with the contract or a legal obligation to which SUPER BOCK is subject.

SUPER BOCK only keeps your personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

The law requires us, in certain cases, to keep data for a specific period of time, particularly in the case of data that has to be sent to the Tax Authority. Such data will be kept for 10 years, in accordance with current legislation.

Your data, in the absence of a specific legal obligation, will only be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and for as long as there are legitimate grounds for SUPER BOCK to store it.

We will keep the data of customers, regardless of whether or not they are AUTÊNTICO users, for as long as they maintain a contractual relationship with SUPER BOCK. We may keep your personal data for longer periods, based on your consent or in situations where SUPER BOCK has a legitimate interest, always respecting the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which such data were collected.

The personal data of users registered on AUTÊNTICO who are not SUPER BOCK customers will be kept for a period of 5 years from the date of the last login to the AUTÊNTICO platform.

SUPER BOCK transfers your personal data only when necessary, to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.

SUPER BOCK may therefore disclose and share your personal data with other SUPER BOCK GROUP companies, exclusively for administrative and internal purposes.

SUPER BOCK may also disclose and share your personal data with third party suppliers and/or service providers, such as technology service providers, logistics, transport and delivery service providers and their employees, customer support service providers, partners and service providers related to marketing, advertising, and event promotion. We will only transfer the data necessary for the development of the activity pursued by these entities, within the scope of the purposes identified in this privacy policy.

SUPER BOCK's suppliers and/or service providers are contractually subject to the same terms and conditions established in this privacy policy for the processing of personal data. They are prohibited from using, transferring, disclosing, or recording the data subject's personal data for any other purpose than that for which they were specifically contracted.

Your personal data may also be transferred to entities to whom the data must be communicated by law, such as the Tax Authority.

SUPER BOCK uses appropriate physical, technological, organisational and security personal data protection measures to protect the personal data made available to us from unauthorised disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, processing, or access.

SUPER BOCK guarantees the applicability and compliance with all the rights of the personal data subject, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation and national legislation in force.

  • Right of Access

    You have the right to obtain confirmation from SUPER BOCK as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if this is the case, the right to access your personal data and information relating to that processing. You can, for example, request an exact copy of the compilation of said data and request additional information about the processing we are conducting.

  • Right of rectification

    You also have the right to obtain from SUPER BOCK the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to you, without undue delay. This includes the right to correct or complete your personal data.

  • Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”)

    You may exercise your right to erasure by SUPER BOCK of your personal data without undue delay, provided that: the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were processed; you withdraw your consent and there are no other valid grounds for the data storage; you oppose the processing and SUPER BOCK has no prevailing legitimate interests, as well as in other cases provided for by law.

  • Right to data portability

    You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you may have provided to SUPER BOCK in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer that data to another data controller (if technically possible) without SUPER BOCK being able to prevent this, and if the processing is based on consent or a contract, and if it is carried out by automated means.

  • Right to withdraw consent

    You may, at any time, change your consent, limit it to certain types of processing or withdraw it. The withdrawal of consent does not, however, invalidate the lawfulness of the processing that had been carried out on the basis of consent previously given.

  • Right to Object

    You may also object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time when there are no compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that prevail over your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the purposes of declaring, exercising, or defending a right in legal proceedings.

  • Right to restriction of processing

    2You have the right to restrict the processing by SUPER BOCK of your data, in certain situations. Those situations include: if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data for a period enabling SUPER BOCK to verify their accuracy, in cases where the data are no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing but are still required by the data subject for the purposes of declaring, exercising, or defending a right in legal proceedings, or when the data subject objects to the processing, until it is established that SUPER BOCK's legitimate interests prevail over the data subject's interests, as well as in other cases provided for by law.

  • Right not to be subject to any automated decisions

    You have the right not to be subject to any decision taken solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, which produces effects in your legal sphere or significantly affects you in a similar way.

You may exercise your rights free of charge, unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged considering the costs.

You may be asked to provide proof of your identity to ensure that personal data is only shared with the data subject.
